We don't lend our own money. We keep the current terms of 400+ private and direct lenders, so when your deal comes in we already know who will fund it, at what rate, and with how much down. Then we put those lenders against each other and bring you the terms that fit your deal and your timeline.
We're paid a broker fee only when your loan closes, and that fee is printed on your term sheet before you sign anything. No application fee, no cost for a term sheet or a pre-approval letter.

I'm Micah Foster, founder of Capital Kings. I'm from Houston, and I'm a licensed Texas real estate agent. I got my license through Champion School of Real Estate in Spring. Most of my week is Texas deals. I work with more than 40 realtors and about 50 wholesalers, I've comped thousands of Texas properties, and I've run term sheets on calls with hundreds of Texas investors.
I've closed deals in every major Texas metro, so when you send me a deal in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio or Austin, there's a good chance I've already comped something on that side of town, or closed a deal near it. I started Capital Kings so investors could see real numbers before they make an offer, and so one call could reach the whole lender market instead of one bank.
